Please do not call after 7:00 p.m. MST unless it's an emergency. However, if you have an emergency situation with your sugar glider, you may call at any time day or night.

For non-emergencies or information, Please e-mail me. If you call, please leave a message if you get the machine and allow at least 48 hours for a return call. If your call is not returned, it may be that the number was not understood or cut off on the message.

We get many calls and emergencies and support for our adoptive families comes first.

I have a family and a full-time job. I prefer to set appointments on weekends. I prefer not to set evening appointments as that time is reserved for the sugar gliders and my family. While your priority may be to obtain a sugar glider, mine is my family and the sugar gliders in my care. Please be patient and research while waiting on this process.
